Wlan didn't work on the eighth floor. On request one received only the info that the net is open. Which unfortunately was no help, our room was out of reach of the network.

This hotel is great value for money, located in the Nimmanhaemin area which has so many restaurants and cafes close by. The room is spacious and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities and aircon. Additionally, it's located in a excellent area where I can go just few steps to explore the downtown area. Breakfast is satisfactory with a variety of foods from waffle to local favorites.

Celebrating New Year here was delightful. the location around the hotel is amazing with all shops and restaurants nearby. the facilities offered in the room including the air-con and fridge were great. the spacious room made it really comfortable for us.

There were a few issues with the hotel staff, as they weren't too helpful when we needed assistance. the door to our room was difficult to open, and we faced several problems with it.

The location of the hotel was really amazing, being at the heart of the Nimman area, which had plenty of bars, cafes, and restaurants. the hotel staff were prompt, pleasant, and helpful at all times.

There were various ants in our room which made us uncomfortable. The elevators didn’t have a lift attendant, making it difficult for us with our little one because there were stairs to climb up to access the elevator.
